VENDOR APPLICATION:

La Festa Di Natale Pittston Opens this year on Friday, December 6th, from 5PM to 8PM to the public, and on Saturday, December 7th, from 12:00PM-2:00PM for Shop with a Cop, then reopens to the public from 2:00PM to 8:00PM.

Shop with a Cop is a program pairing law enforcement with children at the elementary school level to afford them a better Christmas.  The program allows children to view them in a different atmosphere to promote positive relationships.  The children are chosen from families with life challenges such as a parent losing a job, homelessness, military deployment, economic shortcomings, and other hardships.

This program is funded through generous donations from our community, from private sponsors to local businesses.  Volunteers from our community help with gift wrapping, hosting, and registration—excellent partnerships with the Greater Pittston Santa Squad, local Schools, and all avenues of law enforcement.

Each child is allotted a monetary amount to purchase gifts for loved ones, allowing for a more enjoyable holiday.  Each child will receive unique gifts from Santa, a free lunch, holiday pajamas, and making smores with our firefighters and EMS.  All participating departments volunteer their own time to support this program.

THIS YEAR, WE WILL BE SUPPORTING 250 CHILDREN.  THAT'S $25,000 GOING BACK TO OUR VENDORS WITHIN TWO HOURS.

Event Guidelines:

  • All items must be produced/made by the exhibitor, or the item's character must be substantially altered or embellished by the exhibitor.  Items sold must reflect what is represented on the application and in supplemental photos.  If you are unsure of an item, please ask. (Example:  we do not allow "home party" type merchandise to be resold by a third party.)
  • This application process does not include any guarantee of exclusivity to exhibitors.
  • All displays must remain entirely within the space provided.  Aisle space must not be infringed upon.  Storage must be covered and out of sight. Floor-length table skirts are required.
  • Early breakdown of booths is PROHIBITED—NO END OF SHOW SALE SIGNS ALLOWED.  Booths must be clean and trash-free.
  • Without prior approval, you may not sell or share your space with a non-registered exhibitor.  Vendor space will be secured following payment, which will be due within 7 business days of approval.

LASTLY, WE DO ASK THAT YOU BE MINDFUL OF YOUR PRICING FOR THE SHOP WITH A COP PORTION OF THE EVENT.  THE CHILDREN MIGHT HAVE A LOT OF LOVED ONES TO PURCHASE FOR, AND ITEMS AT $100 PER ITEM LIMITS WHAT THEY CAN PURCHASE.
