VENDOR APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED

La Festa Di Natale Pittston Opens this year on Friday, December 6th, from 4 PM to 8 PM to the public, and on Saturday, December 7th, from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM for Shop with a Cop, then reopens to the public from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Shop with a Cop is a program pairing law enforcement with children at the elementary school level to afford them a better Christmas.  The program allows children to view them in a different atmosphere to promote positive relationships.  The children are chosen from families with life challenges such as a parent losing a job, homelessness, military deployment, economic shortcomings, and other hardships.

This program is funded through generous donations from our community, from private sponsors to local businesses.  Volunteers from our community help with gift wrapping, hosting, and registration—excellent partnerships with the Greater Pittston Santa Squad, local Schools, and all avenues of law enforcement.

Each child is allotted a monetary amount to purchase gifts for loved ones, allowing for a more enjoyable holiday.  Each child will receive unique gifts from Santa, a free lunch, holiday pajamas, and making smores with our firefighters and EMS.  All participating departments volunteer their own time to support this program.

THIS YEAR, WE WILL BE SUPPORTING 300 CHILDREN.  THAT'S $30,000 GOING BACK TO OUR VENDORS WITHIN TWO HOURS.
