The Downtown Pittston Partnership is a non-profit organization created to focus on advancing the revitalization of Downtown Pittston by promoting activities, programs, and aesthetic improvements that benefit businesses, residents, and visitors.  We strive to protect, promote and enhance the quality of life enjoyed by those who live and work in Pittston.

Downtown Pittston Partnership, founded in 2021, is a 501(c)6 formed through a nationwide program, Main Street America, and is recognized as a Main Street America Affiliate. 

Mission Statement

The Downtown Pittston Partnership was established in order to manage, create, support, and promote an environment that attracts businesses, activities, and people; residents, and visitors downtown.  The Partnership celebrates the City's central geographic location, proud ethnic heritages, local arts, and strong partnerships. 

Vision Statement

Downtown Pittston is centrally located in Northeast Pa and is positioned for continued population and economic growth and sustainability utilizing location, a cohesive business core, arts and culture, and determination rooted in the strong ethnic values of the City's early immigrants.
