Holiday Event Application

Pittston’s Shop with a Cop holiday program is a special, private event designed to create lasting memories for elementary-school-aged children facing challenging times. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, each child is given $100 to shop alongside local law enforcement officers and pick out gifts for their loved ones — building positive relationships and spreading holiday cheer throughout our community.

In addition, we make sure each participating child receives a gift from their personal wish list. Please note: wish list items must not exceed $20 to ensure fairness and accommodate all participants.

Sponsorship dollars also help make this day unforgettable by providing coffee, snacks, a reusable shopping tote, and a free lunch for children and their caregivers. Kids will enjoy a fun-filled, festive afternoon — complete with making s’mores alongside our Firefighters and EMS Department, who volunteer their time to help make this program possible.

This year’s private event will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 12 PM to 2 PM.

Please complete the application form below in its entirety to be considered for the program. We kindly ask that you allow several weeks for processing. Every applicant will be contacted via the email address provided with notification of acceptance or denial.
