COVID-19 BUSINESS RELIEF FUND APPLICATION

Our businesses are the heart and soul of our City and now more than ever, those businesses, their owners, and their employees need our support to come back stronger than ever. 

The Downtown Pittston Partnership is establishing the COVID-19 "Progress through Partnership" Crowdfunding campaign to raise $30,000 for small businesses in need. We need your support to expand the fund and support as many businesses as possible!

WHICH BUSINESSES CAN APPLY?

The Downtown Pittston Partnership will use the money raised to create grants of equal amounts to be distributed to qualifying businesses in the City of Pittston. Sole proprietors with 10 or fewer employees are encouraged to apply. Businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • Businesses that are located within the boundaries of the City of Pittston.

  • Businesses that require face-to-face/in-person contact.

  •  Businesses in one of the following categories: retail, personal care, restaurants, or bars.

  • Businesses that are not a franchise or not-for-profit.

 

 

BUSINESSES CAN USE THIS GRANT TO:

  • Pay business rent and/or utilities.

  • Pay to re-tool or adapt services that will allow them to function during quarantine (Ex: delivery, online store or curbside service).

  • Buy inventory or goods to resell; or pay other business expenses.
